The initial version of this feature will allow users to make a service request that becomes a post within Metaphor, and sends reminder email/slack messages. In future releases we will allow

1) Forcing the user to use a templatized form for the particular type of service request (e.g. Customer defined Data Access form)

2) Route the request to external systems such as Service Now/Jira/Monday etc
