If I go to a user profile, it's not that easy to find. I would think just viewing contacts and their information would be a main menu option on the left side bar.

Within each user profile we don't see a lot of information. Mostly about Knowledge Cards. What about when they add documents or other useful information?

There should be more available information about user activity.
